Payment Information
Please do not submit any payments until you have received a confirmation from kleindorf-ART and an invoice for your workshops and accommodations.
Our cancellation policy is simple:
If we have to cancel a workshop for whatever reason, we will refund 100% of your payment.
If you have to cancel a registration after you have made your full payment and it is still two weeks or more until your workshop begins, we will refund 50% of your payment if there are only two registrants.
If there are three or more registrants, we will refund 80% of your total payment.
Our solidarity principals are simple:
If there are three or four participants in a particular workshop, each participant will receive a 5% refund on the cost of the workshops.
If there are five or six participants in a particular workshop, each participant will receive a 10% refund on the cost of the workshops.
If two participants register together and share a room with a double bed, the flat rate for accommodations and full board is reduced from €100 to €85 for the two persons.

2. For those anywhere in the world, you may also use PayPal. There is a 5% surcharge for using PayPal, but for participants registering from abroad, this is often considerably less than what your bank may charge for an international transfer.
